The possibilities of technogenic reproduction of mineral resources in the lithosphere

A new concept is proposed of mineral resources development based on the following principles: goal-oriented improvement of useful minerals properties in rock massif on the basis of geochemical preparation of deposit development at prospecting stage; technogenic reproduction of mineral resources on the basis of natural leaching of useful components from rocks containing metal, their purposeful migration and sedimentation; decrease and prevention of environmental pollution with mining industrial wastes by dissolving them, their migration and concentration, i.e. by including them into planetary biogeochemical cycle of elements. Experimental research carried out in complex ore mines of the Northern Caucasus testifies to the effect that those principles may be brought to life. Modem mining techniques can contribute to resource reproduction and improvement of the biosphere.
