The treatment results of 55 patients with upper- or retrognathism and with lower macro- or prognathism are analyzed. An assessment of the results was based on an analysis, carried out in the remote (6 and more months after treatment) period of observation, of data of anthropometric parameters, jaw-models measurements, decrypting of teleroentgenography, and of studying the patients' photos. Stable functional and esthetic results were ensured provided the complex approach towards medical rehabilitation of patients was adhered to. Only 15.6% of patients needed additional correcting surgeries to improve the esthetic treatment results.
