Дано многостороннее обсуждение фундаментальной проблемы времени, в особенности генезиса его необратимости ("стрелы времени") в аспекте второго начала термодинамики. Дан обстоятельный анализ философского аспекта указанной проблемы, а также универсальной системы физических единиц Планка.
The many-sided discussion of the fundamental problem of time, especially of the genesis of time's irreversibility (the so-called "arrow of time") in the respect of the second law of thermodynamics. The comprehensive analysis of the philosophical aspect of this problem as well as of the Planck's system of physical units is given.
