Roncoleukin in combined treatment of acute pancreatitis

In the article presents results of treatment of acute pancreatitis in three groups of patients. In the first group complex conservative therapy was conducted usual, in the second group sandostatin was used, but in third one- sandostatin and roncoleukin together. The best results were received in the last group of patients. Elaborated complex conservative treatment allovs to reject septic complications and operation in most cases of acute destructive pancreatitis.
