Clinical case of bile duct stricture patient 16 years old after haepaticoenterostomy, performed 2 years before. USG, MRT, transcutaneum haepatoholangiography were performed to make correct diagnose. The operation was: resection of right bile duct together with stricture of segmentare ducts and construction of tetrahaepaticoenterostomy. Transhaepaticostomy drainage were no be used. The were not complications after operation.
