DIFFERENT APPROACHES IN AESTHETIC SEPTORHINO- PLASTY

Most people reveals not asymmetric but deviated, crooked noses. Aesthetic septorhinoplasty for deviated nose is a one-step and double-targeted procedure in which aesthetical refinement combines with functional improvement by the way of getting symmetry as of external as internal nose. The authors present the set of procedures they use for different kinds of nasal deviations management with the special emphasis on conservative septorhinoplasty in combination with external nose medialization. The prospective effect of the procedure, as in septal medialization, as in postoperative aesthetic appearance, could be obviously improved by interchange of various surgical maneuvers on internal and external nose. The personal surgical concept is based on the study of 240 cases (84, 7%) with reliable satisfactory both functional and aesthetic long-term results.
