TOWARD A DEFINITION OF THE SOCIOLOGY OF ART
The article tries to outline a number of issues that sociology of art deals with. The author is sure that sociology of art must research the relationship between the consciousness of an artist and of the public as well as the interaction of subjective and objective moments in the works of a genius and their reflection in fiction.
