At clinical examination of the patients urogenital chlamydia infection the appreciable downstroke of the contents of Pyridoxalphosphatum (PF) in a blood was revealed. At the patients suffering by this disease more of 3 years, the downstroke PF was more appreciable (in 4, 5 times) in comparison with their contents at the patients freshen by the form of disease or at the able-bodied persons. The new clinical signs indicating failure of a pyridoxine at an early stage developments of this failure were simultaneously found also. The authors believe, that the development of signs of illness is in the certain dependence on infringements coenzyme product function of a liver, that specifies necessity of incorporation in a complex of treatment of this disease of coenzymes of vitamin B6.
