Клиника и лечение паротитной инфекции у взрослых

В статье представлены результаты исследования 1413 взрослых больных паротитной инфекцией в возрасте от 18 до 30 лет. В результате проведенного обследования было выявлено, что паротитная инфекция у взрослых имеет ту же типичную клиническую картину, что у детей, преобладающими формами течения были легкие и среднетяжелые, тяжелое течение болезни было зарегистрировано у 1, 3% больных. Несмотря на это у каждого 3-го взрослого больного развивались орхиты и орхоэпидидимиты, что при сравнении с данными литературы, значительно превышало частоту этих поражений у детей. В то же время поражение центральной нервной системы и панкреатиты зарегистрированы всего у 4, 5% и у 1% больных, соответственно. Диагноз эпидемического паротита подтверждался сероиммунологически методом ИФА. Включение препарата виферон повышало эффективность комплексной терапии больных железистыми формами паротитной инфекции.

Clinic and Treatment of a Parotitis Infection for the Adults

In paper the results of research 1412 patients by a parotitis infection in the age of from 18 till 30 years represented. As a result of the carried out inspection was detected, that the parotitis infection for the adults has the same typical clinical picture, as for children. The dominant forms of current of disease were mild and medium-serious. The serious current of disease was registered for 1, 3 % of the patients. Despite of it, for each third adult patient the orchitis and orchitepidedimites explicated, that at matching with literary data's, considerably exceeded frequency of these defeats for children. At the same time involvement of the centra! nervous system and pancreatitis are registered all for 4, 5 % and for 1, 0 % of the patients accordingly. The diagnosis of an epidemic parotitis confirmed seroimmunologic method IFA. The inclusion of a preparation vipheron boosted efficiency of complex therapy of the patients by the glandular forms of a parotitis infection.
