В статье излагаются результаты исследований, направленных на оценку пропускной способности камер дробления дробилок с крутым конусом. В основу разрабатываемой методики положен учет деформационных характеристик дробимой породы и вероятности захвата кусков породы дробящими поверхностями.

The Crushing Zone Profile of Primary Crushers

The article deals with some principles of the primary cone crushers' capacity calculation based on using mechanical properties of materials to be crushed and the real value of the coefficient of friction between the material and crushing surfaces. The attempt of the calculation of crushing zone profile that has an equal capacity in any horizontal section is also described in the article.
