COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH STABILIZATION SYSTEM IN A COUNTRY'S WITH AN UNSUSTAINABLE SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATEMENT

As a result of continued fragility, existing healthcare infrastructure on the country's emerging economy has been destroyed and effective institutional investment in quality healthcare has been hampered. Aim: to elaborate comprehensive health stabilization system to improve for health population in countries with an unsustainable socio-economic statement. Materials and methods: a systematic review of the literature on the health system in Somalia (2000 to 2020); various national and international studies were reviewed a scientific program receiving a formal review; interviews; NGO reports; WHO Bureau of EMRO, some statistics research's results and discussion. Result and discussion: comprehensive health stabilization system in countries with an unsustainable socio-economic statement, common with Somalia, offered. In such informal processes, we should seek to elaborate possible approaches to an equitable compromise solution. Research on African countries and Somalia's health system is currently limited. Our results show a lack of an efficient working system of many strategies to improve the performance building blocks of the health system, the unified health system is the reason lack of efficient and unified health system to improve performance health system is the reason that the Somali MOH hasn't control all of the projects from donor countries and partners that play a role in the health system in Somalia.

В результате сохраняющейся нестабильности существующая инфраструктура здравоохранения в развивающейся экономике страны была разрушена, а эффективные институциональные инвестиции в качественное здравоохранение затруднены. Цель: разработать комплексную систему стабилизации здоровья для улучшения состояния здоровья населения в странах с неустойчивым социально-экономическим развитием. Материалы и методы: систематический обзор литературы о системе здравоохранения Сомали (с 2000 по 2020 г.). Был проведен обзор различных национальных и международных исследований, интервью, отчетов НПО, Бюро EMRO ВОЗ, результатов статистических исследований. Результаты и обсуждение: предложена комплексная система стабилизации здоровья в странах с неустойчивым социальноэкономическим развитием, подобных Сомали. Исследования по африканским странам и системе здравоохранения Сомали в настоящее время ограничены. Наши результаты показывают отсутствие эффективной системы повышения эффективности системы здравоохранения. Отсутствие единой системы здравоохранения является причиной того, что Министерство здравоохранения Сомали не контролирует все проекты стран-доноров и партнеров, которые играют определенную роль в системе здравоохранения Сомали.
