Background. IoT is not just a technology, but an entire ecosystem that combines devices, applications, cloud services and data analytics. IoT is already being used in various fields, from smart homes to agriculture and healthcare, and it is assumed that its use will only expand in the future. Purpose. This review is aimed at studying the application of the Internet of Things in agriculture, medicine and daily life. The review describes the most popular possibilities of using the Internet of Things. This is the first review that covers three areas of application at once: agriculture, medicine, and daily life. Materials and Methods. The review of the subject area was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of PRISMA-ScR. The search was carried out in the Scopus database. Results. This review of the subject field included 84 studies and identified 13 main trends. The most popular were Internet of Things for health monitoring and maintenance, Internet of Things for monitoring processes in agriculture, use of IoT in smart agriculture, improvement and analysis of IoT systems. The most common area of IoT use was agriculture. The included studies have shown that IoT can improve safety and comfort in the home, ensure more efficient use of energy and resources in agriculture, and improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment in medicine. However, in order for these opportunities to be fully realized, it is necessary to continue working on the development and improvement of IoT technology. Conclusion. Research has shown that IoT has great potential to solve various problems in various fields of our life.
