CONSTRUCTION OF METABOLIC PROBIOTIC PHYTOBIOTICS: APPROACHES AND PROSPECTS

The results indicate the wide possibilities for the use of probiotic systemic biopolymer metabolites of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, including lectins and enzymes (proteases and oxidoreductases), their combinations in phyto-probiotic compositions.
