«СИМФОНИЯ ВЛАСТЕЙ» КАК ТРАДИЦИОННАЯ ЦЕННОСТЬ ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОСТИ

Среди непреходящих духовных ценностей России выделяется «симфония властей», формула которой была заимствована на Русь из Восточной Римской Империи и успешно адаптирована к особенностям русских царско-церковных отношений, во многом способствовав формированию отечественного государства. Исследуя ее религиозно-правовое содержание и субъектный состав, авторы отстаивают мнение о том, что в современных условиях отделения Церкви от государства и отсутствия царствующего монарха, речь может идти не о «симфонии властей», а о государственно-церковных отношениях, которые имеют свою специфику и положительные результаты своего сегодняшнего развития.

Among the enduring spiritual values of Russia, the “symphony of powers" stands out, the formula of which was borrowed from the Eastern Roman Empire to Rus and successfully adapted to the peculiarities of Russian royal-church relations, largely contributing to the formation of the domestic state. Exploring its religious and legal content, as well as the subject composition, the authors defend the opinion that in modern conditions of separation of the Church from the state and the absence of a reigning monarch, we can talk not about a “symphony of authorities", but about state-church relations, which have their own specifics and positive results of its current development.
