HUMAN ADAPTATION TO CHANGING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS FOR FOOD PRODUCTION AND FOOD SAFETY: A REVIEW

The changing environmental conditions caused by factors such as climate change, pollution, and overpopulation pose significant challenges to food production and food systems around the world. These challenges are particularly acute for smallholder farmers, who often lack the resources and infrastructure to adapt to these changing conditions. Some of the key problems of include declining crop yields, reduced biodiversity, increased food insecurity, and greater risks human adaptation to changing environmental conditions on food production and food safety to food safety. Addressing these challenges will require a range of interventions, including investments in sustainable agricultural practices, improvements in food safety standards and regulations, and policies that support smallholder farmers and promote more resilient and sustainable food systems.
