РОЛЬ ТАМОЖЕННОЙ ЭКСПЕРТИЗЫ В КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ ТОВАРОВ В СООТВЕТСТВИИ С ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС

Статья имеет научно-практическое значение для таможенной деятельности. Проведен анализ нарушений правил классификации участниками внешнеэкономической деятельности на примере товаров 84 группы ТН ВЭД. Рассмотрены практические проблемы идентификации товаров и связанные с ними ошибки классификации по единой ТН ВЭД. Описана роль таможенной экспертизы при классификации товаров в соответствие с ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС.

The article has scientific and practical significance for customs activities. The analysis of violations of the rules of classification by participants of foreign economic activity is carried out on the example of goods of the 84 group of HS. Practical problems of identification of goods and related classification errors according to the unified Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity are considered. The role of customs expertise in the classification of goods in accordance with the Customs Code of the EAEU is described
