УПРАВЛЕНИЕ КАЧЕСТВОМ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ

Статья посвящена методам управления качеством на всех этапах цикла разработки программного обеспечения в условиях цифровой трансформации организаций. Автор подчеркивает, перечисленные в статье методы, как гибкий метод управления проектами, дизайн-мышление, метод бережливого предпринимательства особенно подходят для инновационных технологических проектов, связанных с цифровыми технологиями, так как позволяет командам быстро реагировать на изменения и адаптироваться к новым требованиям. Актуальность темы исследования подчеркивается тем, что возрастающая сложность программного кода с уменьшением среднего срока жизненного цикла программного обеспечения увеличивает экономические издержки по поиску и обнаружению ошибок.

The article is devoted to quality management methods at all stages of the software development cycle in the context of digital transformation of organizations. The author emphasizes that the methods listed in the article, such as the flexible project management method, design thinking, and the lean entrepreneurship method, are especially suitable for innovative technology projects related to digital technologies, as they allow teams to quickly respond to changes and adapt to new requirements. The relevance of the research topic is emphasized by the fact that the increasing complexity of program code with a decrease in the average life cycle of software increases the economic costs of searching and detecting errors.
