The purpose of this paper is to develop social education strategies on cultivating industrial cultural confidence of young engineering talents. The methods of developing the strategies are categorised into two directions. One is to convert General English and STEM English into English Information Literacy Curriculum, the other being waving knowledge points concerning with industrial cultural confidence into courses of English Information Literacy Curriculum. This article starts from the introduction of current related research results. It is obvious that it is an urgent task for researchers of higher education to make young talents to master global competence, namely, the ability of foreign cultural exchanges and firm cultural confidence. Methodologies of comparison and deduction are adopted to clarify the associated regimentation of ethical education for the STEM undergraduates. Moreover, a framework of an individual course of English Information Literacy is evolved from analyses of the collected data. In conclusion, it is urgent to pay special attention to the cultivation of ideological and scientific ethics. It is a young talent with a high ethical standard that is in need of successful global communications.
