ПРОБЛЕМЫ ГИДРОТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА В РОССИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ КРАЙНЕГО СЕВЕРА

В статье рассматриваются проблемы строительства гидротехнических сооружений в суровых условиях Крайнего Севера. Определены особенности строительства подобных архитектурных объектов в условиях наличия вечной мерзлоты. Выявлены проблемы, с которыми связано строительство сооружений в таких условиях. Указаны факторы, которые необходимо учитывать в ходе создания проекта сооружения. В результате сделан вывод, что проектирование объекта в таких условиях должно происходить особенно тщательно, поскольку цена ошибки очень велика и несет существенные дополнительные затраты.

The article deals with the problems of construction of hydraulic structures in the harsh conditions of the Far North. The features of the construction of such architectural objects in the presence of permafrost are determined. The problems associated with the construction of structures in such conditions have been identified. The factors that must be taken into account during the creation of the construction project are indicated. As a result, it was concluded that the design of an object in such conditions should be carried out especially carefully, since the cost of error is very high and carries significant additional costs.
