Формирование творческих способностей преподавателя средствами арт-технологий

Цель исследования - условия формирования творческих способностей преподавателя посредством арт-педагогической технологии. В статье представлены этапы творческого процесса педагога в контексте психологических фаз творчества, а также классификация интрапсихических механизмов взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса. Научная новизна заключается в разработке параметров диагностики структурных компонентов профессионально важных качеств педагога (когнитивный, личностный, мотивационный, рефлексивный, эмпатический компоненты). В результате исследования выявлено ведущее значение интеркорреляционной взаимосвязи интеллектуальной и индивидуальной креативности педагога.

The purpose of the study is the conditions for the formation of a teacher's creative abilities through art-pedagogical technology. The article presents the stages of the teacher's creative process in the context of the psychological phases of creativity, as well as the classification of intrapsychic mechanisms of interaction between participants in the educational process. Scientific novelty lies in the development of diagnostic parameters for the structural components of professionally important qualities of a teacher (cognitive, personal, motivational, reflective, empathic components). As a result of the study, the leading importance of the intercorrelation relationship between the intellectual and individual creativity of the teacher was revealed.
