УПРАВЛЕНИЕ СОЗДАНИЕМ И ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЕМ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ КОМПАНИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПОСТОЯННЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ

Статья посвящена управлению созданием и функционированием инновационных компаний в условиях постоянных изменений. В ней разработано авторское понятие «инвестиции» и дано определение термина «инновационная компания». Выделены и обоснованы доминирующие факторы экономического и интеллектуального оздоровления инновационных компаний. Показан двойственный эффект влияния рыночной конъюнктуры на формирование и функционирование инновационных компаний. Сделаны научные выводы и рекомендации для практического использования.

The article is devoted to managing the creation and functioning of innovative companies in conditions of constant change. It develops the author’s concept of «investment» and gives a definition of the term “innovative company”. The dominant factors of economic and intellectual recovery of innovative companies are identified and justified. The dual effect of the influence of market conditions on the formation and functioning of innovative companies is shown. Scientific conclusions and recommendations for practical use are made.
