СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ МЕТОДОВ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ КОМПАНИЕЙ ПРИ РАЗРАБОТКЕ НОВЫХ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ ПРОЕКТОВ (В СФЕРЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ)

В статье рассматривается методология стратегического планирования в сфере информационных технологий, в частности при разработке новых инновационных проектов. В первой части статьи автор обращается к понятию стратегического планирования в общем виде в любой компании, понятию методологии стратегического планирования и некоторым используемым методам планирования и управления проектами ИКТ. Во второй части статьи автор рассматривает методы стратегического управления и тему, применяемую к ИКТ-компаниям, а также возможности улучшения некоторых из этих методов. В выводах автор вносит предложения по совершенствованию методов планирования и управления проектами ИКТ.

The article discusses the methodology of strategic planning in the field of information technology, in particular, in the development of new innovative projects. In the first part of the article, the author refers to the concept of strategic planning in general terms in any company, the concept of strategic planning methodology and some of the methods used for planning and managing ICT projects. In the second part of the article, the author examines the methods of strategic management and the theme applied to ICT companies, and also considers the possibilities for improving some of these methods. In the conclusions, the author makes suggestions for improving the methods of planning and managing ICT projects.
