Актуальность темы имеет огромное для прогнозирования будущих отношений между странами в экономической, политической и научноисследовательской сферы, а также во многих других сферах. Развитие отношений России и Германии могут существенно повлиять на структуру отношений между странами ЕС. В конце 2021 г. РФ выступила с предложением о пересмотре принципов архитектуры безопасности в Европе. Причиной тому послужила растущая озабоченность Москвы относительно вероятных планов НАТО на Украине. В широком же смысле эта инициатива стала попыткой вывести отношения со странами Североатлантического альянса из «штопора», в который они скатывались на протяжении последних лет.

The relevance of the topic is of great importance for predicting future relations between countries in the economic, political and scientific research spheres, as well as in many other areas. The development of relations between Russia and Germany can significantly affect the structure of relations between EU countries. At the end of 2021 The Russian Federation has made a proposal to revise the principles of the security architecture in Europe. The reason for this was Moscow's growing concern about NATO's likely plans in Ukraine. In a broad sense, this initiative was an attempt to bring relations with the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance out of the «tailspin» into which they have been sliding over the past years.
