Феномен социальной эксклюзии (исключения) вернулся в академический дискурс во многом благодаря пандемии COVID-19, обозначив целый перечень проблем социального здоровья населения планеты. Данная работа представляет собой анализ отразившихся на людях пожилого возраста косвенных рисков пандемии, проявляющихся в виде социального дистанцирования. Рассмотрен вопрос низкого уровня компьютерной грамотности пожилых людей в качестве основополагающей причины исключения.

The level of digital competence of retirees in the context of social exclusion (during the COVID-19 pandemic)

The phenomenon of social exclusion has returned to academic discourse largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, showing a whole list of social health problems of the world's population. This work is an analysis of the indirect risks of the pandemic that have affected elderly people in the form of social distancing. The question of the low level of digital competence of elderly people as the fundamental reason for exclusion is considered.
