Новые тренды и инновации в строительной отрасли

Статья посвящена вопросам описания новых трендов и инноваций в строительной отрасли. Определяется, что тенденции развития строительной отрасли во многом ориентированы на социум, определяя главный вектор развития строительных компаний - удовлетворение растущих потребностей населения и бизнеса. Подчеркивается, что изменение экономической ситуации стимулирует развитие новых трендов, что приводит к изменению условий функционирования бизнеса. Выявляется, что сегодня особую актуальность приобретают тренды в области «зеленого» развития, внедрения уникальных инноваций, учитывающих потребности современных потребителей (население и бизнес), использования высоких технологий из области автоматизации управления и автономизации многих бизнес-процессов, ориентации на создание дополнительной стоимости объектов строительства за счет формирования комплексных предложений и расширения каналов сбыта. Подчёркивается, что новые инновации в отрасли строительства связаны с использованием технологий искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения; внедрением технологий 3D-печати; продвижением практики модульного строительства; применением дронов и роботов на стройке (робототехника), мобильных технологий в целях удаленного управления и контроля; комплексной цифровизацией бизнес-процессов; продвижением концепции «умный дом» и «умный город»; продвижением VR- и AR-технологий.

The article is devoted to the description of new trends and innovations in the construction industry. It is determined that the trends in the development of the construction industry are largely oriented towards society, determining the main vector of development of construction companies - meeting the growing needs of the population and business. It is emphasized that the change in the economic situation stimulates the development of new trends, which leads to a change in the conditions of business functioning. It is revealed that today trends in the field of "green" development, the introduction of unique innovations that take into account the needs of modern consumers (population and business), the use of high technologies in the field of automation of management and autonomization of many business processes, orientation to the creation of additional value of construction projects through the formation of complex proposals and expansion of sales channels are becoming particularly relevant. It is emphasized that new innovations in the construction industry are associated with the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies; the introduction of 3D printing technologies; the promotion of modular construction practices; the use of drones and robots at the construction site (robotics), mobile technologies for remote control and control; integrated digitalization of business processes; the promotion of the concept of "smart home" and "smart city"; the promotion of VR and AR technologies.
