МЕТОД НАУЧНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ И ПОДХОДЫ К УПРАВЛЕНИЮ, РАЗРАБОТАННЫЕ НА ЕГО ОСНОВЕ

Данная статья представляет собой теоретический анализ проблемы научного управления в современном контексте. В данной статье рассмотрены основы метода научного управления, объяснены его преимущества и недостатки. Хотя научный метод управления является эффективным методом повышения эффективности производства и массового выпуска продукции, он также может привести к пренебрежению гуманностью по отношению к работникам и ухудшению отношений между работниками и руководством. Однако в наше время разработаны новые методы и подходы к управлению, которые смягчают недостатки научного метода управления. В данной статье рассмотрено организационное управление (в его современном понимании) как пример нового метода управления, исправляющего недостатки метода научного управления Тейлора, а также иные подходы к управлению, разработанные на его основе.

This article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of scientific management in a modern context. The paper discusses the basics of the scientific management method and explains its pros and cons. Although the scientific method of management is an effective method of increasing production efficiency and mass output, it can also lead to neglect of humane treatment of employees and deterioration of relations between employees and management. However, these days, new management methods and approaches have been developed that mitigate the disadvantages of the scientific method of management. This study considers organizational management (in its modern sense) as an example of a new management method that corrects the shortcomings of Taylor's method of scientific management, as well as other management approaches that have been developed based on it.
