СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ АДАПТАЦИЯ И МОТИВАЦИЯ ВЬЕТНАМСКИХ СТУДЕНТОВ К ОБУЧЕНИЮ В РОССИЙСКОМ ВУЗЕ

Рассмотрены понятия «социально-психологическая адаптация» и «мотивация», изучены взгляды отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Приведены результаты исследования, в котором приняли участие 86 первокурсников (43 вьетнамских студента, 43 российских студента), обучающихся в Российском университете дружбы народов. На основании проведенного исследования сделаны выводы о социально-психологической адаптации вьетнамских студентов в российском вузе, о взаимосвязи социально-психологической адаптации и мотивации вьетнамских студентов в процессе обучения в российском вузе.

Considered and studied on the concepts of «social-psychological adaptation» and «motivation», the views of domestic and foreign scientists. The results of a study involve 86 first-year students (43 Vietnamese students, 43 Russian students) at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. On the basis of the study, conclusions were draw about the socio-psychological adaptation of Vietnamese students in the Russian university, the relationship between socio-psychological adaptation and motivation of Vietnamese students in the process of studying at the Russian university.
