ALGORITHM FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF A SPHERICAL MIRROR FROM 3 INTERFEROGRAMS

A mathematical procedure is proposed for calibrating a spherical mirror from three interferograms. It is noted that nonideality of the initial wavefront can substantially limit the accuracy of the calibration.
