Статья посвящена проблеме устранения инфраструктурных ограничений, которые затрудняют расширение внутрирегиональной торговли, экономический рост и ускоренное\r\nсокращение бедности. Содействие гармонизации таможенных законодательств и процедур для упрощения торговли между ЕС, США, другими развитыми странами и государствами Африки, облегчение региональной торговли и транзита – все это должно привести африканские страны к экономическому буму и процветанию.

Non-tariff Barriers in the Foreign Trade of African Countries

The article is devoted to the problem of eliminating infrastructural restrictions retarding the expansion of intraregional trade, economic growth and rapid reduction of poverty. Harmonization of customs legislations and procedures for simplifying trade between the EU, the U.S.A. and other developed countries, on the one hand, and Africa, on the other, and facilitation of regional trade and transit should bring African countries to economic boom and prosperity.
