CHEMICAL ANALYSIS AND BIOACTIVE COMPOSITION OF MOMORDICA CHARANTIA INTRODUCED IN MOSCOW REGION

The article describes the results of physicochemical analysis of composition of Momordica charantia introduced in Moscow region. The results of determining biochemical composition of antioxidants, carotenoids, chlorophyll in the leaves and fruits of the introduced plant are presented. It has been shown that introduction of Momordica charantia has great prospects in Moscow region, as a mass crop due to its valuable biologically active substances.
