ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ И СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА

Целью исследования является анализ экономических и социальных последствий внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в условиях цифровой трансформации. В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы, возникающие в процессе распространения современных технологий в экономике и социальной сфере. Для достижения поставленной цели использованы методы теоретического анализа, систематизации данных и количественного сравнения. Исходными материалами послужили актуальные научные исследования, статистические данные о внедрении передовых технологий в отрасли экономики, а также примеры практического применения. Основные результаты исследования указывают на двоякий характер последствий внедрения искусственного интеллекта. С одной стороны, отмечается повышение производительности труда, оптимизация бизнес-процессов и создание новых рынков и продуктов. С другой стороны, внедрение приводит к трансформации рынка труда, росту социального неравенства и возникновению этических и правовых проблем. В работе отмечено, что успех применения искусственного интеллекта возможен только при комплексном подходе, включающем программы переквалификации кадров, обеспечение цифровой доступности и формирование этических норм.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the economic and social consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the context of digital transformation. The article examines the problems and prospects arising in the process of spreading modern technologies in the economy and social sphere. To achieve this goal, the methods of theoretical analysis, data systematization and quantitative comparison were used. The source materials were current scientific research, statistical data on the introduction of advanced technologies in the economic sector, as well as examples of practical application. The main results of the study indicate the twofold nature of the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence. On the one hand, there is an increase in labor productivity, optimization of business processes and the creation of new markets and products. On the other hand, implementation leads to a transformation of the labor market, an increase in social inequality and the emergence of ethical and legal problems. It is noted in the work that the success of the application of artificial intelligence is possible only with an integrated approach, including retraining programs, ensuring digital accessibility and the formation of ethical standards.
