СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ РАБОТ К.Э. ЦИОЛКОВСКОГО И РЭЯ ДАЛИО В РАМКАХ ТЕОРИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ЦИВИЛИЗАЦИИ

Анализируются основные постулаты развития общества К.Э. Циолковского и Р. Далио. Рассматриваются идеи Циолковского о будущем развитии человечества, а также исторические искания Далио и его попытки вывести алгоритм развития общества в различные эпохи.

The article analyzes the main postulates of the development of society by K. E. Tsiolkovsky and R. Dalio. The ideas of K. E. Tsiolkovsky about the future development of humanity and the role of knowledge in this, as well as the historical searches of Ray Dalio and his attempts to derive an algorithm for the development of society in different eras are considered.
