DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTS OF YACON CULTIVATION TECHNOLOGIES

Currently, in the world there is the problem of adults and children with diseases associated with metabolic disorders - diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis. All these problems dictate the need to find sources of sugar substitutes that could be widely used in canning and food industry, as well as in medicine. One such source is the yakon.
