A case report of a rare B-cell cutaneous pseudolymphoma of the nasal alar skin which became a challenge for clinical and morfological interpretation. Differential diagnosis was made between the follicular lymphoma (nodular lymphosarcoma) and a reactive lymphoproliferative disorder. Immunohistochemical phenotyping disclosed the reactive nature of the lymphoid mass.
