The purpose of the review is to show the diversity of contemporary methods of assessment of ocular hemodynamics, which frequently occur in Russian and foreign publications of the last years. The third part is dedicated to non-invasive experimental and clinical methods of ocular blood flow assessment. Methods of static and dynamic assessment of retinal vessel reaction to stimuli are considered in this chapter.
