Особенности распределения антигенов 1 класса системы HLA у детей славянской группы с тимомегалией

Изучено распределение антигенов 1 класса системы HLA у 49 детей славянской группы с тимомегалией (от неродственных браков), жителей г. Москвы, в сопоставлении с данными исследования 150 лиц из популяции жителей г. Москвы. Установлено, что у детей с тимомегалией достоверно чаще встречались следующие антигены системы HLA: Аl1, В18, Cw2 и Cw4 и реже - B51. Обнаружение повышенной встречаемости указанных антигенов у данного контингента детей подтверждает существование генетической детерминации детей с тимомегалией к возникновению ряда заболеваний.

The features of distribution of class-I antigens of HLA system in children of slavian group with thymomegaly

The distribution of class 1 antigens of HLA system has been studied in 49 children of slavian group with thymomegaly (children not from relation marriages), of Moscow inhabitants, in comparison to the data of research of 150 persons from the population of the Moscow inhabitatants. It has been established that for certain, in children with thymomegaly, the following antigens of HLA system: Al 1, B18, Cw2 and Cw4 were found often and B51 was found less often. Detection of increased popularity of the specified antigens in the specified contingent of children confirms the existence of a genetic determination of the children with thymomegaly towards the occurrence of several diseases.
