ASSESSMENT OF THE PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE OF FEMALE STUDENTS OF A SPECIAL MEDICAL GROUP WITH VEGETATIVE-VASCULAR DYSTONIA OF THE HYPERTONIC AND HYPOTONIC TYPE

Objective of the study was to assess the psycho-emotional state of female students engaged in physical education in a special medical group with vegetative-vascular dystonia of the hypotonic and hypertonic type in comparison with practically healthy female students. Methods and structure of the study. The experiment was carried out at the Department of Physical Culture of the North Caucasus Federal University. The study involved female students from a special medical group dealing with hypotonic and hypertonic types. Students from the main physical education group formed the control group. The psychoemotional state was determined by indicators of anxiety, aggressiveness and hostility. Results and conclusions. An increased level of anxiety affects the increase in the degree of protection from circumstances, which in turn causes an increased influence of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system on the functioning of the cardiovascular system in female students with VSD of the hypertensive type. In female students with vegetative-vascular dystonia of the hypotonic type, on the contrary, against the background of low anxiety values, the exponents of negative mental states such as aggressiveness and hostility, which are hidden in nature, are increased. © 2024, Teoriya i praktika fizicheskoy kul'tury i sporta.
