Pathogenesis and pathogenetic options in endometriosis management

This article provides a literature review on the etiopathogenesis of endometriosis. Particular attention was paid to genetic and molecular biological aspects of endometriosis. The issues of conservative management of patients with confirmed endometriosis were also considered. The use of dienogest in the treatment of patients with endometriosis was substantiated. © Dynasty Publishing House, 2023.
