CITIZEN DIMENSION IN THE SPANISH SECURITY CONCEPT [ГРАЖДАНСКОЕ ИЗМЕРЕНИЕ ИСПАНСКОЙ КОНЦЕПЦИИ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ] [DIMENSIÓN CIUDADANA EN EL CONCEPTO DE SEGURIDAD ESPAÑOLA]

This article analyzes the development of the concept of State security. It has been shown that lately the approximation between the notions of defense, civil protection and Human Security has become evident. It is emphasized that the figure of the human being, the concern for his well-being, obtains one of the central elements in the Spanish security architecture. The change in focus on the perception of the concept of security shifts from the physical defense of borders to the complex and interdisciplinary structure, the elements of which are made up of problems of an economic, social, health, ecological and environmental nature. In this sense, the support given by the Concept of Spanish Security-2017 to the Sustainable Development Goals of the Agenda-2030 is appreciated. © 2020. All rights reserved.
