Совершенствование методов оценки эффективности бережливого производства

Статья посвящена проблеме оценки эффективности использования бережливого производства. Предлагается методика оценки, в основе которой - модель идеальной ситуации, при которой цели БП на предприятии могут реализоваться в полной мере, и отсутствуют какие-либо факторы, которые могут на это повлиять. Идея предлагаемого подхода заключается в разработке системы возможных ограничений, методов оценки их влияния, и корректирования с их помощью вели чины реально достижимого эффекта, что позволяет точнее оценивать величину целевого эффекта от БП с учетом влияния имеющихся в компании ограничений и корректно сравнивать результаты различных компаний между собой.

Improving Lean Production Efficiency Assessment Methods

The article is devoted to the problem of evaluating the efficiency of using Lean Production. An assessment technique is proposed, which is based on a model of an ideal situation in which Lean Production goals at an enterprise can be fully realized, and there are no factors that can affect this. The idea of the proposed approach is to develop a system of possible limitations, methods for assessing their impact, and adjusting with them the value of the realistically achievable effect, which allows you to more accurately assess the magnitude of the target effect from Lean Production taking into account the influence of the restrictions existing in the company and correctly compare the results of different companies among themselves.
