Представлены результаты исследования особенностей формирования и развития синдрома «эмоционального выгорания» у врачей психиатров-наркологов в амбулаторной и стационарной практике и его влияние на качество жизни больных алкоголизмом в период клинической ремиссии. Выявлено, что врачи психиатры-наркологи амбулаторных отделений имеют достоверно более высокие показатели выраженности всех симптомов «эмоционального выгорания» в сравнении с врачами психиатрами-наркологами стационаров. У врачей психиатров-наркологов со сформированной фазой «Истощения» в структуре синдрома «эмоционального выгорания» достоверно больше пациентов с алкогольной зависимостью в период динамического наблюдения в ремиссии имеют более низкий уровень качества жизни.
This article presents the results of the study of the peculiarities of the formation and development of the syndrome of «emotional burnout» in doctors of psychiatrists-narcologists in outpatient and inpatient practice and its impact on the quality of life of patients with alcoholism during the period of clinical remission. It was revealed that doctors of psychiatrists-narcologists of outpatient departments have significantly higher rates of expression of all the symptoms of «emotional burnout», in comparison with doctors of psychiatrists-narcologists of hospitals. Doctors of psychiatrists-narcologists with the formed phase of «Exhaustion» in the structure of the syndrome of «emotional burnout» significantly more patients with alcohol dependence during the period of dynamic observation in remission have a lower level of quality of life.
