ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE TOWN OF LYTKARINO: HYDROCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF WATER QUALITY IN THE MOSKVA RIVER
The paper reflects the data of a sample survey of residents of the town of Lytkarino in Moscow Oblast about the environmental state of this settlement; it has been found that the townspeople are concerned about the quality of air and water in waterbodies, household waste, and heavy pollution of the Moskva River. The water quality of the Moskva River within the boundaries of Lytkarino was assessed based on hydrochemical analysis; unsatisfactory quality of the water samples was found by a number of indicators, and recommendations were made on the need to install modern treatment facilities
