СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СУДА ПО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНЫМ ПРАВАМ В СИСТЕМЕ ОРГАНОВ ПРАВОСУДИЯ РОССИИ

В статье анализируется история становления специализированного судебного органа - Суда по интеллектуальным правам (СИП) в системе органов правосудия Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделено предпосылкам создания СИП, которое произошло в 2013 году. Также приведен краткий ретроспективный анализ организации судебной защиты интеллектуальных прав в период СССР. Сделан вывод о том, что создание СИП с учетом зарубежного опыта в этой сфере стал важным событием с точки зрения развития государства и интеграции инновационной экономической системы.

THE FORMATION OF THE COURT FOR INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS IN THE SYSTEM OF JUSTICE BODIES IN RUSSIA

The article analyzes the history of the formation of a specialized judicial body the Intellectual Property Court (IPC) in the justice system of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the prerequisites for the creation of IPC, which took place in 2013. A brief retrospective analysis of the organization of judicial protection of intellectual property rights in the Soviet period is also given. It is concluded that the creation of IPC, taking into account foreign experience in this area, has become an important event in terms of the development of the state and the integration of an innovative economic system.
