CATEGORIZATION OF TERRITORIES IN TERMS OF POTENTIAL RADON HAZARD

In this work we monitored the volumetric activity of radon-222 gas in the buildings of children's educational organizations in Pyatigorsk. We used the integral method for measurements. We surveyed 82 residential and public buildings. Dose loads on the population were calculated. We categorized the territory of the residential area and proposed to introduce 3 category of potential radon hazard.
