ОРГАНЫ И УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯ В СФЕРЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ: РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЙ АСПЕКТ

В статье анализируется система регионального управления информационными технологиями. Сделан акцент на классификации органов и учреждений, осуществляющих управление на уровне субъектов Российской Федерации. Большинство субъектов Российской Федерации осуществляют управление в информационной отрасли, проанализирована связь между уровнем информатизации региона и органом управления соответствующей отрасли, а также выдвинуты предположения возможных изменений организационной формы органов.

BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: REGIONAL ASPECT

The article analyzes the system of regional management of information technologies. Emphasis is placed on the classification of bodies and institutions that manage at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The majority of the subjects of the Russian Federation carry out management in the information industry, the relationship between the level of digitalization of the region and the governing body of the relevant industry is analyzed, and assumptions are made about possible changes in the organizational form of the bodies.
