MANAGEMENT, USE AND CONTROL OF COSTS AND MODERN STRATEGIES AND TOOLS FOR THEIR OPTIMIZATION

The article deals with the issue of business cost management and control. The subject is treated from different angles, for example as a process and as a tool. The different types of costs are explained, and various factors that affect costs are analyzed. In addition, cost control graphs are shown in projects taking into account the life cycle of costs. The article also has a graph of cost strategies. It is indicated how an optimization process is carried out in a general way in a company.

В статье рассматриваются инструменты управления издержками компании. Управление издержками определяется как процесс и как инструмент. Представлена классификация затрат и проведен анализ факторов, влияющих на затраты. Представлены схемы, отражающие подходы к контролю затрат с учетом их жизненного цикла, а также схемы, иллюстрирующие стратегии затрат. Проанализированы процессы оптимизации затрат в компании.
