ALGORITHMS FOR AVERAGING INTERFEROMETRIC DATA

Methods are compared for reconstructing a surface from several noisy interferograms by averaging the sets of expansion coefficients of the individual interferograms in terms of aberrations and by expanding the entire set of data in a combined grid.
