СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ПОРЯДКА ПЕРЕМЕЩЕНИЯ ЭНЕРГОНОСИТЕЛЕЙ ЧЕРЕЗ ТАМОЖЕННУЮ ГРАНИЦУ ЕАЭС

В статье проводится анализ порядка перемещения энергоносителей через таможенную границу ЕАЭС, рассматривается законодательство в этой области, а также даются рекомендации по совершенствованию перемещения энергоносителей через таможенную границу ЕАЭС в современных условиях. Кроме того, анализируется работа ЦЭТ, ЦЭД, ФСТЭК России и деятельность участников ВЭД по перемещению через таможенную границу энергоносителей.

IMPROVING THE PROCEDURE OF MOVING ENERGY CARRIERS THROUGH THE EAEU CUSTOMS BORDER

The article analyzes the procedure for moving energy carriers across the customs border of the EAEU, examines legislation in this area, and also provides recommendations for improving the movement of energy carriers across the customs border of the EAEU in modern conditions. In addition, the work of the Central energy customs, Center of electronic declaration, Federal Export Control Service of Russia and the activities of foreign trade participants on the movement of energy carriers across the customs border are analyzed.
