В статье приведен анализ взаимодействия таможенных органов и участников ВЭД в процессе таможенного декларирования, взаимодействия центров электронного декларирования и участников ВЭД, а так же взаимодействия постов фактического контроля и участников ВЭД в процессах таможенного декларирования. Кроме того, проведет анализ судебной практики при взаимодействии таможенных органов и участников ВЭД в процессе таможенного декларирования.

ANALYSIS OF THE PRACTICE OF INTERACTION OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES AND PARTICIPANTS OF FOREIGN TRADE IN THE PROCESS OF CUSTOMS DECLARATION

The article analyses the interaction of customs authorities and foreign economic activity participants in the process of customs declaration, the interaction of electronic declaration centres and foreign economic activity participants, as well as the interaction of actual control posts and foreign economic activity participants in the customs declaration process. In addition, it will analyse judicial practice in the interaction of customs authorities and participants in foreign economic activity in the process of customs declaration years and the activities of foreign economic activity participants on the movement of controlled goods across the customs border are analysed.
