Влияние международного частного права РФ на формирование международного частного права в Китае

Международное частное право является очень важной дисциплиной. Однако в начале создания Нового Китая (1949-1965 гг.), в силу особых исторических причин, международное частное право Китая зашло в тупик. Ввиду этого Китай решил заимствовать правовые модели стран, раннее входивших в Советский Союз. И хотя в данном случае речь скорее шла о простом подражании, не требовавшем приложения больших творческих сил китайских учёных, подобное положение дел оказало большое влияние на последующее развитие международного частного права Китая.

The influence of private international law of the Russian Federation on the formation of private international law in China

International private law is a very important discipline. However, at the Ьeginning of the creation of the New China (1949-1965), due to special historical reasons, China's private international law reached animpasse. In view of this, China decided to Ьorrow the legal models of the countries that were previously part of the Soviet Union. And although in this case it was rather a simple imitation, which did not require the application of great creative forces of Chinese scientists, this situation had a great impact on the suЬsequent development of China's private international law.
